- Schedule and host discovery calls (including Google Calendar / Google Meet invitations)
- Send booking confirmations and related transactional emails

3. Google Calendar and Google Meet
When you book a meeting, we create a calendar event and Google Meet link using Google Calendar on behalf of Pixodox. Your name and email may be shared with Google as an event attendee so you can receive the invitation and join the call. Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Email and hosting
Transactional emails (for example booking confirmations and form notifications) are sent through our email provider / hosting infrastructure. Form and booking records may be stored in our database hosted with our website hosting provider.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic operation. If we use analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent.
6. How long we keep data
We keep contact and booking information for as long as needed to manage your inquiry or project relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal records. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.
