These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of pixodox.com and related services offered by Pixodox Studio (“Pixodox”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a meeting, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Pixodox is a creative visualization studio providing product CGI, films, launch visuals, and related creative services for brands and businesses.

2. Using the website

• You may browse the site for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our systems.
• Website content is provided for general information and portfolio presentation.

3. Inquiries and project work

Submitting a quote request, brief, or other inquiry does not create a binding production contract. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing (for example by proposal, email confirmation, or statement of work) before paid work begins.

4. Meeting bookings

• Discovery calls are offered subject to availability within the booking window shown on the site.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can send calendar and Meet invitations.
• We may reschedule or cancel a meeting when necessary and will attempt to notify you using the email you provided.
• Booking a call does not guarantee project acceptance or pricing.

5. Google Meet and calendar invites

Online meetings may be hosted via Google Meet. By booking, you consent to receiving a Google Calendar invitation at the email address you submit. Your use of Google products is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.

6. Intellectual property

All website design, branding, showreels, portfolio imagery, text, and other materials on pixodox.com are owned by Pixodox or our licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our portfolio or brand assets without prior written permission.

For client projects, ownership and usage rights in final deliverables are defined in the applicable project agreement.

7. Client materials

If you upload or send files, brand assets, or references, you confirm that you have the rights to share them and that we may use them as needed to evaluate and deliver your project. You remain responsible for the legality of materials you provide.

8. Fees and payment

Pricing shown on the website is indicative unless confirmed in a written proposal. Payment terms, deposits, and revision limits are specified per project agreement.

9. No warranties

The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Portfolio examples illustrate past work and do not guarantee identical results for every project.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixodox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or meeting booking tools. Our total liability related to website use is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior three months, or (b) USD $100, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (including Google, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policies.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pixodox primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
